We endeavour to ship all orders within one working day, however during peak periods it may take up to three. Transit times displayed below are on top of this time. Orders will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

Once your order ships, you should receive shipping confirmation. If it’s been more than three business days and you haven’t received tracking, feel free to email us at to make sure your order is on its way.

Business days are Monday to Friday. Weekends and Bank holidays are excluded. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday day will be collected on the next business day. The delivery times shown in the table above will then commence from the day of our shipping agents’ collection.

Taxes and Duties

On orders outside the EU, BESNARD cannot guarantee all customs duties and sales taxes are included. If you want certainty about your country’s duties and taxes, we recommend that you contact your local customs bureau directly.

Returns & Exchanges



We want you to be happy with your new purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 calendar days for a full refund. Please make sure to notify us by email at so we know we can expect your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error can’t be changed or refunded. Please make sure to fill in the return form and wrap the items carefully.


Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange service. Please return the product you wish to exchange following the returns procedure above for a full refund, and then place a new order for the items that you would prefer.


We will send a refund confirmation once we have received and processed your return. We refund the money to the same account as you made the payment with. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs, or any costs made returning the goods to us.

In addition, we cannot accept liability for, and are unable to refund, items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. We recommend the use of a tracked service when returning goods.

Product Care



A dress shirt can stay crisp and neat for several years when taken care of properly. Washing plays a key role in this quest. Start with removing the collar stays (if applicable) and turning the shirt inside out. We recommend washing on 30 degrees Celsius with a quality washing detergent. Washing no more than 6-7 garments at the same time with a low cycle prevents creases and wrinkling. Removing them promptly after completion avoids wrinkles to dry in and makes the ironing easier. Another knack is to shake out the shirt and lightly pull the sleeves, placket and back before hanging it to airdry on a wooden hanger. Preferably, iron when still damp, this will ease the effort significantly.

  • Do not tumble dry
  • Iron at 110° Celsius max
